This Nurse Emblem Pendant came form a Medallion and did not start as a coin. We use the same process but do not start with a Coin but a medallion. This piece features the Medical staff ( Snake and wings circling the Medical Staff ) crowned with a nurses hat. The inner rim has hearts and are encased with Flowers. This is a very popular item for us as there are not many items that honor Nurses on Jewelry.
After cutting we Plate the Pendant in 14 Karat Gold and Rhodium. The Pendant comes with a 14 Karat Gold Plated Snake chain.
