These Tropical Bird earrings were hand cut from a Bermuda 25 cents coin that was minted from 1970 -1985. The design on the coin is of the Long Tail bird which are found in Bermuda. This has for years been a very popular design we do as a pendant and are just now offering it as a pair of earrings. The earrings measure 7/8" in diameter and are very light to wear. After we do all the hand cutting we finish the earrings in our 14 karat gold and rhodium plating to enhance the design. The earrings are mounted on 14b karat gold filled ear wires of high quality.
