These beautiful Butterfly earrings are our newest addition in our Butterfly line. The earrings were hand cut from a very rare coin minted in the Central American country of Belize only in 1981. One of the features of this coin is the unique five sided shape the coins were minted in. The original coin was minted in solid gold and we used the lost wax casting method to do a reproduction of the original coin. These earrings have been done in sterling silver and look just beautiful after we do all our hand work. The earrings measure about one inch in diameter and are nice and light to wear. The earrings are mounted on sterling silver french ear wires.
