Description

These beautiful Japanese earrings were hand cut from a 50 sen coin that was minted in Japan from 1922 -1938. The design on this coin is of a rising sun being surrounded by the Japanese characters. The earrings measure 7/8″ in diameter so are just a perfect size for earrings and also weigh very little so are comfortable to wear. After we do all the hand cutting the earrings go through our plating process of 14 karat gold and rhodium. This adds a great deal to the finished look of the earrings. The earrings are mounted on high quality 14 karat gold filled ear wires to finish off the look.
