These Snowflake earrings were hand cut from a medallion I found some time ago and knew would be just beautiful after being hand cut. The detail on the snowflake really stands out after being cut out. On this design we do not leave the outer rim ( circle ) attached but felt cutting the rim off made the snowflake really pop. After we do all our hand cutting of the snowflake we put the earrings through our plating process which is 14 karat gold and rhodium which brings out certain ares of the snowflake. The earrings measure1″ in diameter so are both a great size as well as being very light. The earrings are mounted on high quality 14 karat gold filled ear wires.
