This sterling Silver Orchid pendant was hand cut from a coin minted in the country of Turkey in 2002. The coin was part of a series of coins featuring Flowers from around the world. The coins were minted for collectors and were never put into general circulation as currency. The design on this coin featured a species of Orchids. The coin is also very unique in that it was minted in an oval shape which further enhances the finished piece. The pendant comes with a sterling silver snake chain that is available in four different lengths. Truly a beautiful piece for the Flower lover.
