These sterling silver Scottish Thistle earrings were hand cut from a a coin minted in 1986. The coin was minted in 1986 to commemorate the Highland Games held that year in Scotland. WE do a number of different versions of this coin but this is the first time we are offering these earrings in sterling silver. After being hand cut we polish the pieces to give them a nice luster and than mount them on sterling silver ear wires. These have been very popular for years in our two tone finish and look just as nice in sterling silver for our silver customers.
