This beautiful sterling silver Dragonfly pendant was hand cut from a Dragonfly medallion I found in a hospital gift shop. The medallions are used in the hospital to give to patients as good luck tokens. We just really liked the design and thought it would be great when cut out. It has become one of our top sellers and we are now offering it in this sterling silver version. The pendant comes with a sterling silver snake chain that we offer in four different lengths.
